Did Britney go to Europe after dissing Justin? According to a local paper in Antwerp, Belgium, Britney stopped by the Erasmus restaurant to use their bathroom accompanied by three bodyguards and several Mercedes.
Not sure how true this is, but she sure can get a bit more privacy there than in the US.
