Britney Spears’s Tresspasser issued restraining order

June 17, 2009 by Sherry

Back in mid-April, Miranda Tozier-Robbins was arrested for an attempted break-in at Britney Spears’ home in California.

Yesterday, a judge issued a temporary restraining order against Miranda, which states that she must keep at least 100 yards away from Britney Spears and from her home.

The trespasser had said that she was merely trying to document Britney’s life but there are very clear lines people can’t cross and I’m glad that the judge is taking this seriously and enforcing a restraining order.

Stay safe Britney!

Sam Lufti ordered to stay away from Britney Spears for three years

April 29, 2009 by Sherry

Yesterday, that sigh of relief you heard probably came from Jamie Spears. He must be thrilled that a judge has passed judgment and now Sam Lufti is ordered to stay away from Britney Spears for three years. Sam must keep a minimum of 100 yards from Britney, her two boys, homes belonging to her family members, and is not allowed to contact her (or her sons) via phone, mail, or email.

Due to recent circumstances, the order also states that Sam may not claim to be acting or speaking on Britney’s behalf. Unfortunately, there is no such order to protect Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears.

Sam Lufti is not the only one to be on the receiving end of a restraining order courtesy of the Spears family. Lawyer Jon Eardley frequently challenged the legal control Jamie Spears has over Britney, and now he too is faced with the same orders for three years.

Not surprisingly, Sam Lufti intends to appeal the restraining order. Hasn’t he messed Britney’s life up enough? Doesn’t he have anything better to do with his life these days? Still, his lawyer issued a statement saying:

“We absolutely will appeal this ruling. Never before in history has a restraining order been issued against someone who answered another person’s cries for help.”

I have a feeling this isn’t over yet.

Adnan Ghalib will keep his distance from Britney Spears for at least three years

FILE: Britneys paparazzo ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib charged with felony assault

Britney Spears won’t be bothered by ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib for at least the next three years. A Los Angeles judge has enforced a restraining order against Adnan, which requires him to keep a distance of a minimum of 100 yards from Brit.

He is additionally forbidden from contacting her via telephone, e-mail, or postal mail. According to People.com, the restraining order also prevents him from claiming “that he represents her interests”.

Not only does the restraining order protect Britney, it also covers Britney’s entire family, including her sons.

The restraining order was originally requested by Jamie Spears. I guess he won’t have to worry about an Adnan and Britney reunion now!

Sam Lufti strikes back at Britney Spears

Sharon Stone Hosts The ScandinavianStyle Mansion

Sam Lufti is not taking Britney Spears’ restraining order lying down. The ex-manager is fighting back in court today, insisting that he never threatened her, despite what the charges say. He was quoted as saying:

“I have not, in any alleged communications with Britney, her hairdresser or any other person, threatened any act of violence against Britney or her family.”

This is all getting out of control. Also, I had no idea that you could fight back against a restraining order at all. And why is it being reported that he was trying to contact her father, Jamie Spears to discuss the fact that he had heard Britney planned to release a statement about “serious accusations” that would put him in a bad light?

Can’t Sam Lufti just go away? If Britney wasn’t doing anything right now, we probably wouldn’t hear a peep out of him, but just because she’s preparing for her tour to kick off in just a few more weeks, he’s all over the place, trying to regain his fifteen minutes of fame, riding Brit’s coat tails.

I hope the judge throws him out of court for wasting everyone’s time!

Restraining Order Against Sam Dropped

July 31, 2008 by Gilad

Along with the renewal of Britney’s conservatorship in court today, there was an interesting discussion of whether or not Brit’s restraining order against Sam Lutfi would be renewed as well. Well this renewal did not happen mainly because the court thinks that Britney’s much stronger and that Jaime can now fully protect her from him.

Britney’s court appointed attorney said to AP today: “During the temporary conservatorship, the conservators have the power to insure that Lutfi will not harm Britney anymore.”

Sam recently announced that he still believes Britney misses him and that they should be together in no time. What do you think? Will Scum Sam be back?

Sam Lutfi Hopes to Get Back in Britney’s Life

As team Britney is preparing to head to court and fight for the renewal of his restraining order (July 31st), Sam Lutfi, the man who wrecked managed Britney Spears‘ career before her breakdown is opening up about “life after the restraining order.”

A source for In Touch Weekly magazine said: “Sam believes that he and Britney are still friends. If the restraining order is lifted, he’ll be back in her life for sure.”

According to the source, Sam still denies all claims made by Britney’s mom, Lynne, that he provided her with drugs and controlled her medications.

The source added: “Sam insists it will come out that the restraining order was against the wrong guy. So lifting the order would give him the chance to protect Britney from the vultures out there.”

The restraining order will be discussed in an upcoming July 31st hearing and it looks like Sam is quite sure he will be “off the hook.”

Court: Jamie Yay - Sam Nay

April 17, 2008 by Gilad

Do you remember that guy, Sam Lutfi, who used Britney and her volunerability? Well, this Sam guy can now start packing his shit as he is not going to see Britney at least until July 31st.

In a short seating yesterday the court decided to extend Sam’s restraining order (with his acceptance) until July 31st. That is the same date that Jamie’s conservatorship is set to expire as well.

This decision is thumbs up to Jamie’s work with getting Britney better, and a recognition of the court that Sam is only trouble and better not be around. According to PEOPLE such restraining order can be extended for as long as 5 years so Sam better get a real job as his lifeline here seems to have ended. I hear there is a very talented yet very troubled singer in England, may want to check with her if she needs a manager.

UPDATE: TMZ had obtained a copy of the court documents from yesterday’s hearing. Check them out here.

Sam to Fight Restraining Order

March 20, 2008 by Gilad

Rumor has it that Sam Lutfi is determined to fight the restraining order to which he agreed to last week.

Earlier this week we reported that following a short conversation with the conservators Sam agreed to renew the restraining order for another month. Sam had, reportedly, said that it would be good for noth him and Britney, but apparently had a change of mind and is now going to fight it.

Brit’s Conservators to Sell Her Cars

March 17, 2008 by Gilad

Following a short court session today, Britney’s co-conservator made a request to liquidate some of Brit’s rides (types and models were not mentioned).

According to TMZ, the judge also approved the extension to Sam’s restraining order which was agreed upon last week.

Sam “Restrained” for 30 More Days

March 16, 2008 by Gilad

Poor Sam. He had it all planned. Hired an attorney, a publicist and planted the “seed” that Britney’s conservatorship is unconstitutional (or whatever he made up). But then came a meeting with the conservator (Brit’s dad) and his attorney and suddenly, Sam agrees to cancel his appeal and extend his own restraining order?!?

Damn, that is one of those time one wishes to be a fly on the wall. I can imagine the conservator being straight up and Sam sweatin’ in his seat. Furthermore, we’re told that Lutfi believes the restraining order extension is a good thing for both him and Brit.

I really enjoyed hearing this one. How about you?
