It is one thing when celebs are followed by photographers day and night but when a Walmart employee steals the photos placed for development it is an entire different issue and this time, someone is going to pay big for their action.

Word is that Jamie Lynn and Casey ordered a 12-picture memory card to be developed at the local Walmart store and that one of the pictures showed Jamie Lynn Spears exposed left breast while nursing daughter Maddie.

Well smarty-pants here, who works at that Walmart, decided to make extra copies for himself and a few more to sell but what he did not consider is that Jamie Lynn is not even 18 and that this picture is considered child pornography. Furthermore, smarty tried to sell the picture which can get him a few more years in prison…

So what do we have:
* Possession of child pornography - 5yrs
* Stealing from your employer - 2 yrs
* Attempt to sell child pornography - 5yrs
* Smarty Pant’s face when the feds knocked on his door? Priceless…

Britney Spears leaving B2V Hair Salon Earlier Today

In the past couple of days blogs were bombarded with rumors about a possible romance between Britney Spears and a mystery man rumored to be her bodyguard. However, although the two seem to have more fun together than two strangers, Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph, denied any “wrong doings” or romance in their case.

Rudolph told Access Hollywood “There is no truth to this at all. Britney is 100% single.” He added that the guy is a “staff photographer” (which may explain the personal album that was made public.)

Following yesterdays Generation Rescue event Britney Spears headed to the Edmonds Tower recording studios (owned by Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds) where she worked into the night.

Britney finally emerged at 2.15am this morning (Sunday, July 20). She was smoking a cigarette and rushed to the car where she tried to hide behind her turquoise bag heading home. Luckily she did not hide too good…

Federline spoke about his upcoming single called Daddy’s Home while hosting a party in South Beach (Florida). According to a source for People.com “He has put a lot of time and effort into writing and rehearsing it, but says it is not quite ready yet.”

Sources at the Mansion say Kevin was in a great mood, dressed in an over-sized, blue, long-sleeved, oxford shirt and jeans, spent much of the night chatting with the club’s host Lyndon Smith, another single dad. “We talked about our kids and parenting and what that’s all about,” Smith says.

Our guys also tell us that the local police have been getting very tough with local photographers, cracking down on anyone with a camera. We’ve even heard that they’ve been threatening paps with arrests if they don’t vacate the area - yikes!

Maybe that explains the absence of pictures from the scene given the fact that the entire family has been all over town today.

Following her Emmy nomination, announced earlier this month, Britney Spears added another nomination to her ever improving year. This time it is MTV’s Teen Choice Award (2008).

Nominations, which were announced yesterday place Britney in the Female Artist category along with Fergie, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna.

The neat thing about the Teen Choice is that there aren’t any judges but the fans themselves and regardless of your age you can go here and vote for Britney to help her win.

Britney used to be a nominee every year in the early 2000’s and, personally, I think it is great to see her back. What do you say?
