Finally having a chance to unwind from all her hard work lately on her tour, Britney Spears was spotted at a McDonald’s grabbing a bite to eat.

Even celebrities have to eat, so it’s not really unusual to see, but still. Can you imagine sitting down to eat your Big Mac and fries and all of a sudden Britney Spears walks in? That would be something else!

As you know, Britney Spears was recently in San Jose, California. Flickr user Salanki had some killer seats and was able to get some really amazing exclusive photos of Britney Spears performing throughout the concert.

In fact, the seats were close enough to the stage that when it was all over, Britney ran right past them! I am so jealous, I would love to be that close to all the hot action!

Just a day away from launching her huge Circus tour starting in New Orleans, it’s also been announced that Britney Spears is a Candies girl!

Britney Spears has been announced as the new face for Candies, specifically of a clothing line for girls. The photo above and below are from a photoshoot for the company - she looks amazing!

Meanwhile, everything is getting set up for her first concert tomorrow, check out the big promo picture in New Orleans:

I wonder if Britney is nervous - although she’s done a lot of performances since her album was released in December, this is her first big tour in years. I know I’d be freaking out! On behalf of Britney Groupie I wish Britney all the best for her shows!

In light of the recent rumors about a possible Britney Spears - Adnan Ghalib sex tape many people have been wondering what happened with the crook.

One reporter was able to get a hold of him and got to exchange a few words with him. According to Ghalib, he has been receiving death threats and on one occasion was even physically attacked, he said “Yes, I was injured by an attacker. This is still being investigated.”

When asked about a possible sex tape he said “I have had many calls about it from all over the world…In light of the constant calls about the sex tape and threats, I’m taking a break from the industry and keeping a low profile.”

The most recent Britney Spears rumor on the net is that since Britney fired her manager/PR person and took over the duty herself, she has been showing up only to places where the papparazzo is already waiting. In fact, she is (supposedly) calling places ahead of time just to ask if the papparazzo is there and then calls some of her favorite agencies to let them know where she will actually be. As the Chicago Sun-Times reported writes:

Spears or one of her posse members makes daily calls to all the hotels — as well as various popular restaurants, nightclubs and upscale boutiques — to “find out what’s going on … who’s there today,” her ex-aide told me Saturday night.”

Sources at both the Four Seasons and Beverly Wilshire told me the singer and actress often calls the hotels herself, asking “What press junkets are going on today?” — to determine if stars will be present, to guarantee the paparazzi will be lurking outside.

Sometimes, Spears’ approach backfires. A harried staffer at the Four Seasons told me she purposely told the entertainer “we were holding a [press] junket here for ‘Rendition,’ ” starring Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal, who allegedly have been having a fling. In fact, those interviews took place Friday at the Beverly Wilshire, so when Spears arrived at the Four Seasons, there were no paparazzi to be seen.

“Britney walked in the front door and immediately turned on her heel, walked out and got back in her car and took off in a huff,” said my source, with a laugh.

That may explain the reasoning by the sea of photogs always around this girl.
