Britney Spears is, again, on the cover of OK Magazine and this time she explains how she got her banging body back.

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Brit told OK. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.” In addition, she hit the gym on a regular basis, doing “lots of cardio and weights” five days a week.

As mentioned yesterday, Britney Spears gave an exclusive interview and photoshoot for OK Magazine and excerpts from the upcoming issue are already out. Looks like this really was an interview with both Jamie and her and given the fact the he is currently the ‘vision’ behind her recovery, I think that he had some good points to add about her new direction.

On Jamie Lynn Spears’ Teen Pregnancy:
“That was special, but it was also strange because she’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling. I was shocked a little bit. But it was really cool, and she was happy. When she got to the hospital, we all thought it was going to be an all-day thing, and instead, the baby just sort of popped out. OK, we’re happy now!”

“She’s going to come out here for the kids’ birthdays. It will be the first time the cousins meet. I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie.”

On Her New Album:
The album will be released in “the next six to nine months. “I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room. This is my best work ever….I think it is more urban. I’m working with producers who are just amazing. It’s Harvey Mason of The Underdogs is this fresh new energy. “

On Chances of her Continue Acting Again?
“I’d love to, if I can find the right movie. Actually, I have a part that just came up. We’re just trying to work it out with my schedule, with the children.”

“God has a way of taking something bad and turning it into something good,” Jamie Spears, who has been acting as co-conservator of Britney’s estate since her emotional breakdown earlier this year, told OK! “If this hadn’t happened, I would never have been able to get back with my daughter and have this relationship I have with these two little boys.”

“It’s wonderful,” he says of their relationship. “It is new for both of us. She sometimes calls me 50 times a day and asks me things that light my life up. But like all daughters, she is very manipulative and cunning. So she gets what she wants a lot.”

“I would hope it stands until the end of the year, and then we’ll sit back and evaluate where we are at that time, where Britney is at that time,” Jamie added.

In addition to the exclusive photos and interview with Britney, her father Jamie Spears, who has been helping to guide his daughter back to a normal life, speaks openly to OK! about his relationship with Britney and his feelings about her ex-husband Kevin Federline, the weekly tab writes.

Magazine cover is due tomorrow morning and the entire tell-all interview along with the magazine itself is due out Friday morning.

By now we all know that OK Magazine scored it big again with the Spears family but did they take advantage of the underage couple?

Well, word has it that Jaime Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge received $1 million for the exclusive shoot. However, we also hear that Matthew McConaughey was guaranteed $3 million for his exclusive shoot. While both ‘paychecks’ are rather outrages, we still feel as if the difference should not be that big.

Jamie Lynn Spears, baby Maddie and Casey Aldridge made an exclusive appearance on this week’s issue of OK Magazine.

OK Magazine not only scored the photos but also a fully blown interview. Rob Chiltin, OK’s features editor was on the Today show this morning and gave us the ’skinny’ in a nutshell.

“It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her and just be girls again,” Jamie Lynn told OK! in an exclusive interview about seeing her sister for the first time in months. “We painted our nails and did stupid stuff.”

Even better, explains Jamie Lynn, was that she was able to have some one-on-one time with Brit: “To be able to be in the privacy of our own home and just be sisters again was wonderful.”

Britney spears is on the cover of this week’s OK Magazine. The headline reads Britney’s New Lover, AND YES IT’S A WOMAN! The troubled star searches for comfort & attention in the arms of her female friends

This is the long awaited OK Magazine interview with Britney Spears, yea the one that wasn’t and I can now understand all the rumors that were spread around. It is clear, to me, that the magazine is very dissatisfied with Britney and had, therefore, decided to go out and tell their side while leaking lies all week to other gossip websites. I would love to hear Britney’s side of the story, but unfortunately we never will, instead we have this butt-heart magazine crying over what they didn’t get from Britney.

OK Magazine promised a “mountain” and did not even deliver a “hill”. Common OK people, get over it and please don’t tell me that “you care” and that “you’re worried” and even not that you’ll take her back when she’s “really ready”, because truthfully, I don’t think she will!!!
