Britney’s “Womanizer” gets a British Invasion from Lily Allen
Lily Allen is obviously a Britney Spears fan - the British singer did a cover version of Womanizer and although I still love the original, her version is not bad at all.
It’s slowed down a bit, but what I love most is her fabulous British accent when she sings.
What do you think of Lily Allen’s cover of Womanizer?

Britney Shot a New Rolling Stone Cover
October 17, 2008 by Gilad
Word is that while the court got together for deliberations in Britney Spears’ misdemeanor case Britney was at the studio working on a photoshoot for a new Rolling Stone cover.
It’s been a long time since Brit’s last appearance on the cover of the music magazine and it is just another landmark achieved on her way back to the center stage.

Following last weekend’s fiasco, all of next week’s tabloids will be dedicating their cover to Britney’s mental state. Here are just a few of them:

Britney Calls Off Rolling Stone Cover Negotiations
December 4, 2007 by Gilad
Britney called off today all negotiations that have been taking place with the Rolling Stone over a cover photoshoot after the magazine would not guarantee her that the shoot will be used for an actual cover and not for one of its affiliated magazines (like US Weekly).
Spears was close to signing a contract with editor and publisher Jann Wenner, to pose for the cover, but called off talks when the Wenner Media boss refused to promise her it would actually land on Rolling Stone instead of Us Weekly, said the insider.
“It was going to be a good platform for her music to be taken seriously because it had been so long. But she refused to get screwed by Wenner,” said our source. “They kept negotiating, and it got nasty.” Spears has contacted Blender magazine, and a deal is being worked out for a cover there, said the source. A rep for Rolling Stone said they were “exploring a cover” but never had a discussion about any kind of contract. (PAGE SIX)
Personally, I think this is a great decision on Brits side as a failure to guarantee pretty much says she wouldn’t get the cover… Blender goes just as good, if not better than US. Looking forward to a great shoot!
Pieces of Me, the Cover
Following a short poll on ZOO, Britney’s fans (who participated) voted Pieces of Me as the next single out and as with anything that has to do with Britney, some rumored single cover has already been leaked.
