Following the mistrial and the judge decided to dismiss the case and say goodbye to parties…
Apparently, prosecutors got to the realization that pulling this even longer is only going to look bad but mentioned that they were “troubled by outside impressions that were brought into the courtroom” and decided not re-file the charge against her. […]

Custody Settlement Finalized

The custody settlement reached last week, between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, is now finalized. Attorneys for the two appeared in from of Commissioner Gordon in the L.A. Family Court and presented the agreement to him. Gordon, in turn, approved the settlement and made it official.
