Another “Top 10 of 2006″ year-end list was published and Brit is on top again. This time is it Sugar magazine, and Britney was voted as the 7th most inspirational celebrities by teenage girls.
Britney was beat by Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Hilary Duff, Lily Allen, Charlotte Church, and Kelly Clarkson.

A while back, we reported that Britney will be hosting a new years eve part at Pure in Las Vegas. Today, we hear rumors that Britney may be previewing a one-minute clip of a track on her new album entitled, “Hate”.
