The nominations have been rolling in and Britney Spears has been nominated for three Teen Choice Awards! This is so exciting and proves how well Brit’s comeback efforts have gone!

Britney is up for Choice Music: Single - “Circus”, Choice Music: Female Singer, and Choice:Tour.

Voting is open for all teens (age 13-19) and you can head over here to register for an account and vote.

The Teen Choice Awards air on August 10th (Monday) at 8 pm Eastern time on FOX.

Britney Spears is too busy rehearsing and moving back home in California, but she still won two awards at the NRJ Music Awards this past weekend in Cannes, France.

Britney won Best International Female Artist which just goes to show that people haven’t forgotten her talent and appreciate her new album very much. Also, “Womanizer” won Best Video at the awards show.

Unfortunately, she wasn’t present to accept the awards in person, but I’m sure that she appreciated them very much - winning so many awards lately is a great to help boost Britney’s confidence before she sets out on her big tour!

While she was on stage with Maddona, Britney Spears was announced the winner of 2 awards at the 2008 European Music Awards. Britney picked up Album Of The Year & Act Of 2008 which, in addition to the 3 VMAs, amount to a total of 5 major awards for Brit’s Blackout album. Congrats!

Well, it’s already been confirmed that Britney Spears will not preform at the VMAs next month but the recent from the rumor machine say that Britney is, apparently, dieing to present an award at the show.

In addition, we hear, that she may be presenting an award with Olympic phenomenon Michael Phelps. According to a source “She hopes to share the stage with Michael Phelps.”

Okay guys, I’d like to you keep an open mind here, after all Britney does not get much awards anymore and when I first heard about this one I was soooo happy that my eyes teared… Britney is now officially the biggest train-wreck of the year! This is according to the Washington Post’s Lizzies awards.

Noo, they didn’t exaggerate at all, only love right? Paris with only 8% give me a freakin’ break.

Well, it appears that even when she doesn’t do music, Britney Spears still keeps winning awards… This time she won the annual poll is conducted by Jeff Barge and the Opinion Research Group in honor of April Fool’s Day.

The recent poll labeled nothing other than the Most Foolish Americans. Barge told the New York Daily News that Britney won top honors for “Going commando, mutilating her own head, bobbling her baby in public — they’ve all been done before by various contenders but never before in combination.”

Britney won the poll along with ex-bff-for-a-minute-there Paris Hilton, Michael Jackson, George W. Bush, O.J. Simpson and Mel Gibson.

Editor’s note: Britney did make some very questionable moves, however, I must say that while all these other guys had a year to pull together a top spot in this poll, Britney did so in exactly 3 months… Ain’t that a talent…

Well, what can I say. I just really am not a fan of K-Fed. All I could think was “BAD Vanilla Ice” and VI was bad already. Yikes. But, I am not particularly a fan of rap, so maybe its just me? Anyway, a VERY pregnant Britney (chomping on that gum again) showed up to introduce her hubby:

And believe it or not, the YouTube version is already here - get ready to tell me I am wrong, and K-Fed is the greatest rapper around.

Just a little reminder to not miss the Teen Choice 2006 Awards tonight on FOX. The red carpet show starts at 7:30, Eastern time, with the awards themselves starting at 8:00pm. The west coast will watch the show taped, I assume at 8:00pm PT, 7 MT. Kevin Federline will be the last act of the show, from what I understand, but that gives those of us who aren’t teens a great excuse to watch the whole show.
