In what must be a huge relief to his family and loved ones, Casey Aldridge may be moved out of the ICU soon according to a report from People.com.

With further details emerging regarding the crash, it is now known that Casey, along with two other passengers, were ejected from his truck when he flipped the F-250 truck onto the driver’s side. Luckily for those two passengers, their injuries were less serious. At the moment, scans have revealed that Casey didn’t suffer any further trauma than was initially seen - he is so very lucky. He did suffer head injuries but it could have been much worse, and law enforcement agrees:

“It’s an anomaly that no one was injured more seriously,” says Louisiana State Police spokesman Mark Dennis. “Usually in that kind of accident, you see serious injuries or fatalities.”

It has been revealed that out of the five people in the truck, only ONE person was wearing a seatbelt. The fact that no one died is nothing short of a miracle and I hope they’ll all buckle up at all times in the future.

Jamie Lynn Spears has been spending a great deal of time at the hospital and was reported to be handling the stress well.

Casey Aldridge, father of Jamie Lynn Spears’s baby, has been hospitalized after being seriously injured in a car crash yesterday morning. Both Jamie Lynn and Casey’s sister Ashley were at his side where he was reported to be in stable condition.

There were concerns that Casey may have had a blood clot close to his brain and was scheduled to have surgery.

Details from the accident are still slim, only noting that Casey’s car was destroyed while he returned from a fishing trip with two friends. No word, either, as to the condition of his friends. I’ll update again when I know more.

It looks like little Jayden James Federline is doing just fine now after his emergency hospital visit for an allergic reaction to some food. Yesterday, Britney Spears went with her boys, her mom Lynn, and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears to a Turtle and Alligator farm!

Britney is still in Louisiana visiting her family and it looks like they’re making the most of it. I’ll bet the boys loved seeing all the alligators!

I’m so happy that Britney is able to take Sean and Jayden on a family getaway and I’ll bet the boys are loving the chance to spend some time with their grandmother, aunt, and cousin in their own hometown. This is such a huge improvement over the old custody battle days!

Wow. The National Enquirer is reporting (and I use the term really loosely) that Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant again, four months after giving birth to Maddie. Their unnamed sources claim that it happened because Jamie Lynn thought you couldn’t get pregnant while breastfeeding.

What? Yeah RIGHT.

I mean, yes, technically speaking it’s definitely possible for her to be pregnant again. It wouldn’t be the first time in history that a mother of a young baby has been shocked by a positive pregnancy test. However, this is the Enquirer. It’s not exactly hard-hitting reporting ethics.

I think what’s happening is they know Britney Spears had two babies very close together and they figure it makes for good entertainment to have her little sister do the same. It sells their tabloids.

I also think it’s just typical Hollywood. Any time a female celebrity has anything other than a perfectly flat, tight stomach, everyone yells, “oh my god, PREGNANT!”

What do you think? I’m calling crap on this one.

Sean Preston Federline turns 3 today and the entire Spears family gathered in Britney’s house for a big celebration yesterday afternoon. Jamie Lynn Spears flew over from Mississippi and local family gathered around for one of a kind celebration with fun, toy cars, entertainment and even a popcorn machine (always wanted one of those on my birthday)…

Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin, who has been under enormous pressure from the media in the past few days is getting some well needed support from an unexpected source, Zoey 101.

According to sources, Jamie Lynn Spears wanted Bristol Palin to know she’s not alone in the unwed teen mom spotlight - so she’s sent a care package of fancy embroidered burp cloths. The package included a card which read “Dear Bristol: Hang in there!!!!! XXOO.”

“She wanted it in pink. I’m assuming the two have spoken, and she knows it’s a girl,” a spokesman for Petit Tresor, the West Hollywood shop that took the order told the Daily News.

“We’re sending it to the (Alaska) state capital,” the Tresor rep said.

Ever since the announcement of Palin’s pregnancy she’s been compared to Jamie Lynn Spears over and over again. Why? Well, probably a Democrat spin to try and compare both mom and discredit Sarah Palin, but without getting into politics, heh :), I think this was a very nice gesture by JLS.

It looks like Britney Spears isn’t the only Spears girl who’s getting back into shape. Even though it’s only been about a month since Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth, that baby weight is nowhere to be seen.

I don’t know what she’s doing, as far as diet and exercise are concerned but when Jamie Lynn was seen taking Maddie to a check-up, Ms. Spears was looking fantastic! You practically can’t even tell she had a baby at all!

Maddie was kept covered up with a blanket the whole time Jamie Lynn was out - no peeks!

By now we all know that OK Magazine scored it big again with the Spears family but did they take advantage of the underage couple?

Well, word has it that Jaime Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge received $1 million for the exclusive shoot. However, we also hear that Matthew McConaughey was guaranteed $3 million for his exclusive shoot. While both ‘paychecks’ are rather outrages, we still feel as if the difference should not be that big.

Jamie Lynn Spears, baby Maddie and Casey Aldridge made an exclusive appearance on this week’s issue of OK Magazine.

OK Magazine not only scored the photos but also a fully blown interview. Rob Chiltin, OK’s features editor was on the Today show this morning and gave us the ’skinny’ in a nutshell.

OK! magazine has Jamie Lynn Spears and little Maddie on their cover! That is one of the cutest babies ever, go check her out!

In their exclusive interview, Jamie Lynn talks about how she’s taking care of Maddie and that being away from Hollywood has helped her a lot to be able to learn all about this new role of being a mother. She credits the area’s overall focus on family as being a big deal in how she wants to live.

Jamie Lynn and Casey Aldridge prefer keeping Maddie close at hand at night so right now she’s sleeping in a little bassinet in their room beside the bed. She goes on to say:

“She is very good,” says Jamie Lynn. “She’ll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I’ll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There’s no screaming and crying.”

The proud mama continues, “We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath. Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I’ve worked one out with her, and we’re happy going about our little life.”
