Britney Spears hits the top of Billboard’s Top 100 with “3″

The song may be called “3″ but it may as well have been called “1″ since that’s the spot Britney Spears’ new single currently holds on the Billboard Top 100!
After being officially released, “3″ rocketed straight up the charts to the number one position. Britney Spears fans have spoken, and the accumulation of purchases and air play have made “3″ an undeniable massive hit.
Surprisingly, Britney has only had three number one Billboard hits in her life – “Baby One More Time”, “Womanizer”, and now “3″. It’s almost a shock that her previous hit singles have never reached the number one slot!
Britney has really taken back her Pop Princess crown by now, don’t you agree?
