Check out this candid set of Britney in her back yard. Normally I would post this as a part of the pic link series but I saw people across the net talking smack because Britney is seen smoking by the gas tank (seen in one photo).
Am I missing something? Do you think this is a dangerous act? I mean, have you ever seen people smoking while BBQing? What is the difference? Let me know…

I cigarette itself will not be able to light gasoline as it is not hot enough. The problem with smoking at gas stations is that the spark from lets say a match or lighter can light gasoline. For this reason smoking is not allowed at gas stations. When BBQing, the propane is being burned so there are no fumes that lighting a cigarette can affect.
