Sam to Fight Restraining Order
Rumor has it that Sam Lutfi is determined to fight the restraining order to which he agreed to last week.
Earlier this week we reported that following a short conversation with the conservators Sam agreed to renew the restraining order for another month. Sam had, reportedly, said that it would be good for noth him and Britney, but apparently had a change of mind and is now going to fight it.
According to sources, Sam filed court papers last Friday objecting the California Superior Court commissioner who issued the restraining order. However, the document, did not reach the courtroom until after Monday’s hearing, during which the temporary restraining order was extended until April 16 2008 and forbids him from going within 250 yards of Britney or her house.
The source added that Lutfi is free to appear in court on April 16 to petition for a new judge.
