Sam Served (till March 17th)
Sam Lutfi was served with the restraining order last night at his apartment complex in Culver City but it didn’t take much before his attorney found an error and tried to set him free.
According to sources the 48 hour restraining order re-issued earlier this week was expired when served and Sam’s attorney headed to court today to challenge the restraining order calling “illegal”. Well, the court knows exactly whats up and the amount of hours team Britney spent on finding him (over 300 hours) and not only ruled it legal but extended it for almost a month, until March 17th.
So it is official, by law, Sam must stay a minimum of 250 yard from Britney (not sure about phone and such). In addition, TMZ confirms that LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division is investigating Sam for allegedly drugging Brit.

I really feel like Britney needs to get her life straightened out before it’s too late. I think it is a cry for help since she is no longer ‘young’ and is a ‘mom’ now. Look at Madonna for instance. She doesn’t get the 5 star ratings as much as she did in the 80’s.
