Britney’s Depo “Going Slow”
Britney depo which held a second session a few days back is “going on slow”. This is according to KFed’s attorney Mark Kaplan who hinted that depo may drag on for multiple sessions. In fact, when asked if it may last more than 5 sessions, Kaplan said “It wouldn’t surprise me. There are many areas that I have not yet explored.” Kaplan mentioned that the first two sessions, in which Britney must answer all questions under oath, covered as much as 2% of his intended questions so this may give us an idea of how long this may take.
Speaking of depos, Sam showed up yesterday for his own deposition in the Britney case and one issue covered is his relationship with the X17 photo agency. Kaplan, apparently suspects that Britney (via Sam) had cut a deal with the agency to “catch” her living life in exchange for a nice pay-off… Well, X17 issued a statement that none of the accusations are true, but after reading this post do you really believe it?
