Kevin Gets Full Custody (till Jan 14th at least)…
As reported earlier, Mark Kaplan, KFed’s attorney did not miss a beat this morning and showed up to court to request a temporary motion to award KFed full custody of the boys. As you may have thought, the motion was accepted by commissioner Scott Gordon who also ordered for the next hearing to be held January 14th.

Federline was not in court for the hearing, Kaplan said.
The attorney had said he did not expect the ruling to be released until Monday, but it was issued shortly after the hearing concluded.
Law professor Steve Cron, who is not involved in the Spears-Federline matter, predicted that Spears will face sanctions from the court for her behavior.“My guess is that she won’t be seeing her kids for a while,” said Cron, who teaches at Pepperdine University in Malibu.
Gordon has little option other than to further reduce the time Spears can legally spend with her children, Cron said, “at least for the time being until she gets some help. She’s obviously a very troubled person.”

I am not a big fan of Britney Spears(I have a different music taste), but I like some of her songs, I remember seeing one of her movies and how she came across as a bright spark, ful of light and maybe a little naive(aren’t we all at times). Over the years it was like her spirit was sucked right out of her as the song toxic came out and the media scrambled for every piece of her that bought her down. Its been a long time since I have been privy to seeing positive aspects of Britney and her motherhood. Can anyone tell me whether she kissed her sons of to bed every night, whether she entertained her children with the same imagination and creativity that she uses in her dance? I wonder how many good parental moments went by unnoticed. It appears that she was savaged by an opportunist who did not do as well as her in the music industry so he did everything to bring her down and make a living off her with child support. He probably planned it from day one when he met her. Knowing that she had had the 55 hr marriage, he was aware that she was vulnerable enough so that he can work very quickly and unemotionally. I think he is also quite sadistic to leave his pregnant wife to be with Britney - That shows how much he really considers his children. Pregnancy is the most vulnerable time where the mother needs to be cared for in order for her to care for her child and stress can kill. We are seeing Britney fall so hard, but who pushed her?
