Britney may Get Prison Time in 2008

Is Britney’s court no-show habits going to cost her? Well according to OKMAG, the courts had enough and are prepared to charge her with “contempt of court” should she miss just another hearing and the next one is scheduled for next week…

“She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show,” one legal eagle confirms to OK!. “That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility.”

In addition to time-served, KFed’s attorney are prepared to request the court for “monetary sanction” for every hearing they miss…
