Did TMZ Lie? and More from Today’s Court Hearing

Britney and Kfed headed back to court for another hearing this morning. Before the hearing we were told that Kevin’s attorney (AKA Mark Kaplan) was planning on nailing Britney for claiming she was sick last week and not arriving to the hearing. Kaplan relied his accusations on a TMZ report that Britney was seen out partying the day she claimed that she was sick (and missed court). It appears as if court did not take these rumors as “reliable sources” and Kaplan decided to subpoena TMZ testify in the courtroom…

Anyways, following weeks of intense weekly hearings, court will get together again only in February and I wonder if the two will be able to get through through these times without Kfed being able ti whine about Britney every week. I would predict an “emergency hearing” soon.
