She topped the searched on Yahoo and she topped Ebay’s most “auctioned” celebrity this year. In 2007, people auctioned as much as 34,345 Britney Spears-related items. Britney topped Paris Hilton with 27,377 and Lindsay Lohan with “only” 8,099 items sold.
Via AP: “Items associated with Spears ranged from signed CDs to disposable lighters featuring her likeness. Among the Hilton-related items sold: a toothbrush claimed to have been found in the hotel heiress’ trash.”
Barry Bonds captured the top spot (Britney was second) with a whopping 145,497.
