Britney Served with another Suit
It is as if there is a big cloud over this girl and it keeps on pouring… This time Britney was served with another suit by a former manager, who is accusing her of owing him thousands of dollars in back commission.
Britney was served with the lawsuit while she tried to leave a Beverly Hills medical facility last week. As she slipped into her white Mercedes, the papers were thrown through a window and landed on the passenger seat. She is apparently being suid by Johnny Wright, her manager from 1999 to 2003 who says Britney owes him more than $15,000.
Wright spoke to PEOPLE yesterday claiming that he misses working with Britney and didn’t want to sue her. “I didn’t want to sue Britney, but she didn’t leave me much choice.”
“I have worked with Britney in some capacity since she was 15,” Wright added. “She was always focused. She was good at what she did and a very hard worker.”
Wright is refered to as the manager who took Britney from a teenager and into a household name. “Those were magic moments. We did some tremendous things together,” he says. “So it’s disappointing to see how things have turned out.”
Britney paid Wright his comission until December of 2006 while he claims that she owes until December of 2008. It sounds to me that Britney is guilty this time and will have to pay. Lets see where this goes.
