Court Official: “Relax, There is no Emergency”
More details from court are in whereas Britney’s attorney had apparently addressed the court and mentioned that she would have loved to have been there had the hearing stayed secret as planned and asked the judge to “do something” about the media frenzy outside.
KFed’s attorney already spun this hearing in his client’s favor saying to the press “The fact that a party, one week after a full court hearing, attempts to change the orders of the court, in the absence of an emergency or without any new facts, suggests a continued lack of respect and understanding for what an order of the court actually means.”
Lastly, the court commissioner had apparently told both sides to RELAX! He mentioned that he does not see the emergency and offered the sides to “go upstairs, have a coffee and work it out.”

I really think its sad whats going on with britney, she dont have a clue what that life is doing to her, I lost custody of my children doing just what she did, there will come a time she will either hit rock bottom or even worse she will overdose, if I could tell her anything, get out of that scene for awhile and find peace with herself, and sometimes thats hard cuz she is hurting, but it will happen that she stops and has to face the music, and what she does that ends up hurting those boys with her not being around, that guilt will eat her alive and trust me it makes being a mother and being clean 10 times worse
