While Britney was sipping her Frappucchino nothing much happened besides the fact that she lost custody (temporarily at least). Court official gave a quick statement after the hearing saying
“The court custody order will remain in force,”
“Miss Spears and Mr. Federline have joint physical custody of the two kids, but Mr. Federline has primary custody.
There will be monitored visitations by Miss Spears between now and the next court hearing on October 26.”
“In terms of where the kids are, they have been with Mr. Federline since Monday,” he added.
“They will remain there except for certain specific days when there will be monitored visitation.”
He did add that Britney was not required to attend the hearing but will require to attend the next one.
