Judge: Britney a ‘Habitual’ User of Alcohol, Drugs
Twenty-four hours after Britney’s court session and we are starting to find out bits and pieces on that was going on. It appears as if he made some harsh comments towards both Britney and KFed forcing them to avoid alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children, attend parenting coaching and more.
Here’s a quick rundown of the judge’s decisions as described by PEOPLE:
1. Britney must undergo twice-weekly random testing for drugs and alcohol.
2. Both Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline may not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children.
3. Spears, alone, was ordered to meet with a “parenting coach” at least twice a week for a total of eight hours.
4. Both Spears and Federline have also been ordered to complete a program called “Parenting Without Conflict,” and must enroll by the end of the week.
5. They must attend joint co-parenting counseling, and both sides must decide on selection of a therapist by week’s end.
6. Both sides are not allowed to use corporal punishment on the kids, and must refrain from making “derogatory remarks” about each other and their families.
In one word, I must say WOW. This is some observation that this judge made watching the two for a couple of hours in court…
