Team-KFed Subpoenas Britney’s Rehab Facility

“Kevin and his attorneys Mark Vincent Kaplan and James Simon are on a mission, they are pursuing all relevant evidence from every potential source and every available witness.” This is according to a source familiar with the proceedings.

As a part of this “policy” team-KFed subpoena-ed Promises, the rehab facility who “hosted” Britney back in February. Promises’ is under confidentiality restrictions with all of its patients so exactly what Britney was treated for will probably not come up in court. However, according to PEOPLE, it is Brit’s response to the treatment provided that team-KFed is after. “Specifically, if she participated as she was supposed to. Did she have a positive attitude, did she complete it successfully. Or was she a screw up?”
