Kevin is Re-Arming for Another Battle

The recent rumors of another Britney downfall has alerted Kevin and he is getting serious. According to OK Magazine who is running a “Britney Week” special, Kevin had met with his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, yesterday for 3 hours “discussing the options to finally get the kids out of Brit’s care.“

According to the magazine (lovely) Allie had joined “Team Kevin” after quitting her position as Britney’s assistant and along with Britney’s mom and several of Britney’s former bodyguards, had turned to Kevin in an attempt to “get the kids out”. According to a close friend: “Alli gave specific instances where Brit couldn’t handle having the kids. Kevin was angry at Britney for putting his kids in jeopardy and immediately phoned his lawyer to investigate the claims further. He couldn’t believe she had gotten so out of control.” It was also noted that Allie is planning on providing specific instances to help give full- time custody to Kevin and finalize the divorce from Britney.

True? False? Publicity stunt? This is starting to smell bad.
