I am a bit late on this story… Britney and FedEx had finalized their divorce as of yesterday afternoon with a signature of a Los Angeles Superior Court judge. Considering its been reported in countless resources here are the resolutions of this divorce:

KFed’s paycheck - KFed will apparently receive $15k in child support along with $20k in alimony, as agreed in the prenup. The “alimony train” will last till November and will not last indefinitely.

Custody - As surprising as it may sound, as of right now, custody was set to 50/50 (yea, lucky Britney, eh?). Kevin had already announced, via his attorney, that he is determined to fight for full custody.

Additional terms - For now, custody and spousal support orders are to remain secret as requested by Britney’s attorney. Britney, allegedly, feared that if it was made public, her babies may become the target for scums and freaks (i.e. kidnapping, etc).

Both sides are, reportedly, unhappy with the terms as mentioned and are determined to fight for more.

As if you thought that the “Wynn incident” was behind us, the beaten up photog has come out just to give his official statement. Andrew Deetz, the poor photog, released a statement via his attorney this morning in which he says that after leaving a Las Veags spa, Britney threw two baby bottles at him and told him “I am going to kill you! I am going to fucking kill you!!!.”

According to the statement, upon taking pictures of Brit’s babies, J.C.Camera (Brit’s bodyguard) pushed him away and after intervention of Wyn security the photog was told to leave. When he was about 30 feet from the pack he was attacked by J.C.

The photog also mentioned that following the Lisa Kline incident, J.C. told him that he had “unfinished business” with him which brought him to believe that the Wynn attack was J.C.’s personal debt to him.

Back in February, before Britney shaved her head, went ballistic and even before she got locked up (remember those times?), there was a rumor about Britney Spears stripping in a New York club. In fact the story said Britney was dancing naked on the dance floor.

Yesterday we posted about a possible new man in Britney’s life, and today we learn who this guy is. X17’s research crew ID’ed him and found that this is Britney’s real-estate agent, yes the one that helped her with her house hunting not long ago.

This is, 25 y/o, Justin Mandile, 25, a real estate agent who works on his dad Drew’s team at Sotheby’s Beverly Hills, his professional profile is here (nerd alert), and he looked pretty hot joining Britney here.

Is he really her new man, or is it just a friendship / celebration for the closing of the new house? Give them a couple of days, and I am sure we’ll know.

Britney’s plans for a weekend in Vegas may have been changed, but it doesn’t seem as if she missed anything on the way. Britney was joined by a never-seen-before man when out at Hollywood hot-spot Club One. It is still unclear as to who this guy is, or if he is Britney’s new man, but I think this guy is cute, isn’t he?

Britney’s not fired assistant, Shannon Funk, told OK magazine in a phone interview that she was actually not fired and that unlike published she has no intentions of selling her story to any media outlet.

TMS had collected some of the official statements made by the different parties involved in Britney’s Wynn incident this week.

According to LVPD’s press release, “Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child.” In the report, Britney claims the photog “battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child, who was at that time being held by the security officer.”

Thw Wynn said that Britney “elected to leave the resort on Thursday afternoon, July 26, of her own accord.”
