Kavin May Have Known About the Upcoming Divorce
Kevin Federline, who had been dumped by Britney Spears earlier this week may have known about known about an upcoming divorce. According to TMZ, Federline had consulted with his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, over a month ago about the issue and requested that he start looking into the possibilities of cashing out on Britney.
TMZ also outline their information about the prenup terms between Britney and Kevin, which seems to leave the Fed with even less $$ as thought before: "We’re told the only thing he’ll get is less than 20% of the value of the couple’s Malibu estate, valued at approximately $10 million, and spousal support for one year. We’re told the support he’ll get is less than $250,000."
