Britney Spears Files for Divorce!

It is official guys (& girls) Britney Spears had filed for divorce! According to court papers published today by TMZ Britney filed legal papers in Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences. The date of separation was listed as Monday. In her divorce papers Britney asks for both legal and physical custody on both their kids with Kevin Federline having reasonable visitation rights. Britney also asks that eash side will be responsible to it’s own legal expenses. TMZ also mentions a "iron-clad prenup" signed prior to the couple’s wedding on October 2004. The source also mentioned that Britney Spears is waiving her right to spousal support.

At least, she got babies out of her second marriage.
A lot of women, especially those who don’t have hired help, get fed up after the second child is born and the husband still refuses to grow up.
You know, I can’t help but wonder if she and her first husband of two days will get back together. He certainly seemed a lot more real.

What a good news. I guess she just could not take him any longer. I do think he is going to reveal some very dirty secrets of Britney in the dirorce process.

Thank goodness. I hope that she is not intimidated by his filing for custody of the kids. When there is a divorce men know what buttons to push to get you worked up.
Hopefully Britney will be strong and continue to move forward.
I believe KF career will continue to spiral downward and in the next year his name will not be associated with music.

Its great news that Britney is ‘fed’ up with the likes of Kevin Federline. I, personally, think he used this very talented young woman for her money and fame. K-Fed has no talent other than his ability to dance and he is as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside. *Britney…you go girl!*
